“Battlestar Galactica – Complete Series” Blu-ray Box

Für die Fans der Serie “Battlestar Galactica” wird am 28. Juli in den USA wohl ein Feiertag sein, denn dann soll die komplette Serie in einem Blu-ray Disc Box-Set erscheinen.

In dem Blu-ray Box-Set wird die komplette Serie mit allen Folgen der insgesamt vier Staffeln auf zwanzig BD-50 Blu-ray Discs enthalten sein. Die Serie “Battlestar Galactica” ist eine Neuauflage mit Anlehnung an die ursprüngliche Serie “Kampfstern Galactica” aus den 80ziger Jahren.

Battlestar Galactica – Complete Series Blu-ray Disc Box

Ob und wann das Box-Set in Deutschland erscheinen wird und leider noch unklar und auch ein US-Import lohnt sich wohl kaum, denn zum einen haben die Blu-ray Discs den Region Code 1 und zum anderen kommen bei einem derzeitigem Preis von rund 245 US$ auch noch Zoll usw. dazu.

Da aber auch andere TV-Serien von Universal in Deutschland veröffentlich worden sind, kann man davon ausgehen, dass es ggf. früher oder später auch hier ein Release des Box-Sets von “Battlestar Galactica” auf Blu-ray Dics geben wird.

Nebem dem englischen Original Sound in DTS HD Master Audio 5.1 kommen noch Untertitel in Englisch, Französisch und Spanisch auf den Blu-ray Discs mit.
