“Psycho” Blu-ray Disc Release + Extras

Universal hat bekannt gegeben Alfred Hitchcocks “Psycho” auf Blu-ray Disc zu veröffentlichen. In den USA wird es eine “Psycho 50th Anniversary Edition” geben, die am 19. Oktober auf Blu-ray Disc erscheinen soll. In den UK hingegegen soll der aufwendig restaurierte Film bereits Anfang August auf Blu-ray Disc erscheinen.

Unbestätigtes Blu-ray Cover Art

Bei amazon.co.uk ist auch schon bereits ein erstes unbestätigtes Cover-Art der Blu-ray aufgetaucht. Die origonale Mono-Tonspur wurde in Universals eigenem Tonstudio aufgearbeitet und in eine DTS HD 5.1 Tonspur gemischt. Die originale Tonspur wird es auch zusätzlich auf dem Blu-ray Disc Release von “Psycho” geben.

Auch wenn es für das deutsche Blu-ray Disc Release noch keine Details oder ein Release-Datum gibt, so kann dennoch davon ausgegangen werden, dass die umfangreichen Extras, welche für das US Blu-ray Release angegeben sind, auch auf der deutschen Blu-ray Disc zu finden sein werden:
