“Die Matrix” Digibook Jubiläums Blu-ray Disc

Warner Home Video hat eine Blu-ray Digibook Version des Films die Matrix, anlässlich des 10. Jubiläums, angekündigt. Das geplante Release-Datum für die USA soll der 24. März 2009 sein, sodass man von einem Release in Q2-2009 in Deutschland ausgehen kann. Ein genauer Termin für Deutschland steht allerdings noch nicht fest.

Es sind ebenfalls noch keine genauen technischen Spezifikationen zu der Blu-ray Disc bekannt, man geht aber von einem VC-1 Videocodec zusammen mit einer Dolby TrueHD 5.1 Audiospur aus. Zu der Blu-ray Disc soll es noch ein 37 Seiten starkes Buch geben, dass eine Menge an Bildern und Insiderinfos zu dem Film “Die Matrix” bereit hält.

Zusätzlich zu dem kleinen Buch und dem Hauptfilm auf Blu-ray Disc gibt es noch eine Menge an Extras auf der BD-50 Disc zu entdecken. Diese hat Warner bereits für die USA vorgestellt:
